What To Do If The Caavo Remote Can't Control My Playstation 4 (PS4)

In order for Caavo to control your PS4, please ensure that you have CEC functionality enabled.

1. Go to settings on your PS4, found in the upper right hand corner of the screen
2. Go to "System" near the bottom of the list
3. Check "Enable HDMI Device Link"

Your PS4 should now be controllable using the Caavo remote. You may need to go through the control-test system steps again to test this control. Read more about testing control of your PS4.
