There are a few scenarios of channel search not working:
- You are using voice search, and voice search is failing
If you are using voice search, and the search is failing, this is likely due to network connectivity issues. Please verify that Caavo is connected to an active wired or wireless internet connection. Once Caavo is connected, voice search should be successful.
- You are trying to navigate to a channel and it's not navigating
If you are trying to navigate to a channel via search, and the voice search isn't failing but Caavo is not navigating to your desired channel, verify that you are prefixing your voice command with "watch" - eg: "watch PBS." In some cases, you may need to say "watch PBS HD" if you are not seeing the HD content.
- You are trying to search for a channel to see if it's available
If you are trying to search for a specific channel, but not actually change the channel, just say the channel name in the voice search, eg: "PBS." The channel should then appear in Caavo search results
If none of these solves your issue, you may need to reboot your Caavo.
