First sign-in to any apps you have connected with Caavo to confirm that there are shows listed in "Continue Watching" page or area of that app. For example, if you have connected Hulu, go to hulu.com and login with your Hulu credentials. Then verify that you see shows or movies listed under your profile watchlist.
If you see that there are items listed in your apps watchlists and/or history, you can go to Caavo settings > Apps & Credentials to check that you have connected the correct accounts to Caavo. You can also try removing, and then re-adding those accounts to update your watchlists.
Please note that some apps like Plex will remove shows from your list if you haven't watched them in a while.
