What to do if I see a blank screen on Xfinity after powering up Caavo

If you consistently see a blank screen on Xfinity when powering up Caavo, please take the following steps:

  1. Disable Standby on Xfinity (Settings > Device Settings > Power Preferences > Power Saver Starts After [Set this to "Off"])
  2. If you are still experiencing the issue after doing step 1, try waiting 30 seconds or turn the Xfinity box off/on using the button on the front of Xfinity
