If search isn't returning results that you are expecting to see, please check the following:
- While on the search results screen, make sure to move the highlight box to the left and go through the options (Live, Upcoming, Streaming, Web, On Plex).
- Ensure your apps and DVR list are connected to Caavo by checking the Watchlists page in Caavo (Press the Caavo button then navigate to Watchlist). If your watchlists aren't showing up, you may need to set up your apps in your Caavo account by going to Caavo menu > settings > Apps & Credentials > Credentials.
- If you have "Safe Search" enabled, try to disable it and see if the search results change.
