Caavo is dedicated to providing you the first-in-class customer support. We made it easy for you to submit a question, concern or comment any time by double-pressing the "devices" (square button left below of the Caavo button). Also see article 'Introduction to Your Caavo Remote' for more details.
Once you have opened the Feedback tool you can press and hold the MIC button, and then speak to your Caavo remote to record your feedback. You will see a confirmation that a ticket has been created. Please note this ticket number if you'd like to follow up on its status, or call into customer support.
If you include your phone number and ask for a call back we will respond within 24-48hrs.
