Yes, Control Center does support HDR pass-through (HDR 10).
Please note that high-speed HDMI 2.0 cables rated at 18Gbps are needed in order to display 4K resolutions and HDR color on TVs that support those modes. Using an HDMI cable with the wrong rating will likely have a negative effect on video quality.
In order to successfully display 4K resolutions and HDR color, all video content, components, and cables in the video path must also support 4K and HDR. This includes the source devices, TV, AVR/Soundbar, and HDMI cables.
