In addition to the native voice command capabilities that come with Control Center, you can now also use voice commands via Alexa. Now, watching TV is truly as easy as saying "watch."
Pairing Control Center with Alexa
To pair Alexa with Control Center, you will first need to add the Caavo skill to your Alexa account. Search for Caavo in the skills section of the Alexa app, and then add Caavo as a skill. Once you've done that, follow these steps...
1. Press the CAAVO button
2. Go to Settings > Other Services > Alexa
3. Follow the on screen instructions
Next, tell Alexa your PIN, in this case it's 7788: "Alexa, tell Caavo my PIN is 7788". You will hear a confirmation from Alexa when the pairing is successful (you may have to repeat the previous step a few times if Alexa doesn't understand you, the word 'Caavo' rhymes with the word 'bravo'). Control Center should now be paired, and you can try things like "Alexa, tell Caavo to open Netflix".
You can also issue the pair command thru the Alexa app on your smartphone. To do this, please go thru the following...
- Make sure you have the Amazon Alexa app installed on your smartphone and are logged in.
- Once there, press the circular blue icon at the bottom center of the app. This will engage the MIC on the smartphone for you speak to Alexa. Speak the command "Alexa, tell Caavo my pin is ____".
Please note that the PIN will be different each time you need to re-pair Control Center to Alexa.

NOTES:
1. At this time you can only connect a single Control Center to your Alexa Account by adding the Caavo skill and using the unique PIN provided in settings. All Alexa devices in that account will be able to control the paired Control Center. To control multiple Control Centers, you will need a different Alexa account paired to each Control Center.
2. Alexa "Watch" commands only work with the programs in the Watch lists and with exact name.
3. If you are having problems pairing with Alexa, please go here to troubleshoot the problem.
Note: You can confirm what your Alexa device is hearing using the Alexa App on your smart phone. Launch the app and select the hamburger patty (three lines) in top left, then select 'settings', then 'Alexa Account', then 'history'. Your Alexa commands will show up on this screen in real-time so you can confirm that you are being heard correctly.
