Video Freezes While Watching TV

If video freezes while you are watching TV, this could be caused by a number of issues related to your cable provider, streaming provider or internet connection. We recommend that you try these steps:

  • Try to wait to see if the issue resolves on it's own
  • Try exiting the app then relaunching it. 
  • Try to reboot your router (power cycle)
  • Try to reboot your source device or set top box where the issue is seen
  • Try to reboot Control Center
  • Try plugging the source device directly into the TV to see if problem persists
