If search isn't returning results that you are expecting to see, please check the following:
- While on the search results screen, make sure to move the highlight box to the left and go through all the options (Live, Upcoming, Streaming, Web, DVR, On Plex).
- If it is DVR recorded content that is missing, note that not all DVR's recorded content can be searched. Control Center can only import a limited number of entries (see Note 2).
- If you have "Safe Search" enabled, try to disable it and see if the search results change.
- Restart your device.
- Restart your router.
- Restart your Control Center by pressing the Caavo button > Settings > Restart.
Note 1: DVR search results will only be shown for Supported Providers
Note 2: Control Center will interact with the DVR for a maximum of 10 minutes to scan the list of show titles pulled from the DVR - typically anywhere from 75-100 show titles can be scanned in that timeframe.
