If search isn't returning results that you are expecting to see, please check the following:
- While on the search results screen, make sure to move the highlight box to the left and go through all the options (Live, Upcoming, Streaming, Web, DVR, On Plex).
- If it is DVR recorded content that is missing, ensure your DVR list is updated by checking the DVR Watch page in Control Center (Press the CAAVO button then navigate to Watch). Navigate to DVR and press the refresh button on your remote (9 dots). Not all DVR's recorded content can be searched. Control Center can only import a limited number of entries (see Note 2).
- If you have "Safe Search" enabled, try to disable it and see if the search results change.
Note 1: DVR content will only be shown for Supported Providers
Note 2: Control Center will interact with the DVR for a maximum of 10 minutes to get the list of show titles pulled from the DVR - typically anywhere from 75-100 show titles can be pulled in that timeframe. Every title that is pulled will show up in CAAVO>WATCH>DVR.
