Control Center does work with Sonos Soundbars, provided Sonos is connected directly to your TV (Control Center has no audio outputs).
Control Types
Sonos can be controlled by Control Center via IP. In order to use IP control, Control Center must be on the same network as your Sonos.
Basic Controls
Control Center can perform basic controls with Sonos through IP controls. Sonos keys are mapped to the following Control Center buttons:

Sonos Rooms
The Control Center can interact with your other Sonos rooms if that room is already streaming music. You can access your other rooms by pressing the source/feedback button or going to devices in the Control Center's menu.
You can also pause, skip, and go to previous tracks using the Sonos device menu on Control Center.
