Caavo has made it easy for you to submit a question, concern or comment any time by double-pressing the "devices" (square button left & below of the Caavo button). Also see article 'Introduction to Your Control Center Remote' for more details.
Once you have opened the Feedback tool you can press and hold the MIC button, and then speak to your Control Center remote to record your feedback. You will see a confirmation that a ticket has been created. Please note this ticket number if you'd like to follow up on its status with customer support.
