If you are playing 4K content from your 4K ultra-HD Blu-ray player and are not getting any audio, please check on the following things...
- If you are connected to your AVR (Control Center to AVR, or TV to AVR via ARC) and are playing content with the Dolby Atmos audio format, please ensure your AVR is Dolby Atmos capable. If your AVR is not Dolby Atmos capable you will have to select an audio format like Dolby Digital for your UHD Blu-ray content.
- If you are connected to a soundbar via ARC, please ensure that
- Your TV is capable of passing through the Dolby Atmos audio content and
- The soundbar is Dolby Atmos capable. Otherwise please select an audio format like Dolby Digital on your UHD Blu-ray content.
