Control Center requires regular updates to maintain functionality with ever-changing source devices. If you attempt to download and install, but are unable to complete a software update for any reason, it may be caused by an inconsistent or weak network signal.
Restarting your Router may improve your Control Center's ability to connect with the Caavo service.
Most modern routers broadcast two separate Wi-Fi networks a 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz. If you're having trouble communicating with the Caavo service try switching between the 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz network and see if things improve.
Try switching between wifi network and hard-wired ethernet connection. You might also try moving the unit closer to your wifi router. If you are still unable to complete a software update, another option would be to join a different network altogether (like a wifi hotspot from a mobile device).
