Channel Search is not Working

There are a few scenarios of channel search not working:

  1. You are using voice search, and voice search is failing. The Control Center may just say "Listening..."
    This is likely due to network connectivity issues. Please verify that Control Center is connected to an active wired or wireless internet connection. You can run a network check by pressing the Caavo button > Settings > Network > Network Check. Once it is connected, voice search should be successful.
  2. You are trying to use the "watch..." command to turn to a channel and the Control Center is not navigating to your desired channel.
    If voice search isn't failing but Control Center is not navigating to your desired channel, verify that you are prefixing your voice command with "watch" - eg: "watch PBS." In some cases, you may need to say "watch PBS HD" if you are not seeing the HD content. Also verify that you have that channel or station with your provider.
  3. You are trying to search for a channel to see if it's available.
    If you are trying to search for a specific channel, but not actually change the channel, just say the channel name in the voice search, eg: "PBS." The channel should then appear in search results
