If you consistently see a blank screen and you can pull up the Control Center menu on Xfinity when powering up the Control Center, please try the following steps:
- Disable Standby on Xfinity (Settings > Device Settings > Power Preferences > Power Saver Starts After [Set this to "Off"])
- If you are still experiencing the issue after doing step 1, try waiting 30 seconds or turn the Xfinity box off/on using the button on the front of Xfinity
