Video Goes Blank When Switching Devices

If Control Center is connected directly to a TV, make sure the HDMI cable is connected to an input other than HDMI (ARC). Using the HDMI ARC input on a TV may not work well with Control Center.

If your Control Center is connected to an input on a Soundbar or AVR we should try moving the Control Center to another port on your Soundbar/AVR if available. If your issue persists try moving the AVR/Soundbar to another port on your TV. 

Some HDMI cables can cause signal issues as well. We recommend using highspeed 18Gbp HDMI cables. Try swapping the HDMI cable between Control Center and the source device with one you know works to see if it's your cable that might be the problem. You may need to upgrade your HDMI cables if they are a few years old.
