A Caavo Account is the heart of your personalized TV experience with Control Center. Your Caavo Account enables you to link multiple Control Center devices, along with our mobile app to seamlessly integrate your custom experience across platforms.
Note: A Caavo Account is required in order to link your Control Center device or login on the iOS mobile app.
You can create/manage your Caavo Account by visiting setup.caavo.com. Here you can manage devices associated with your account, adjust service plans, and edit your profile settings. The email address you use for your Caavo account should be one you will always have access to (i.e. use a personal email address rather than a work email address).
Caavo Service Plans
The Caavo Service Plan enables the best functionalities of Control Center. It gives you the ability to search across all your favorite services and platforms to find your content. It allows you to create custom watch lists of content and even share them to all Caavo users with our Crowd Surfing feature. Each Control Center will need its own Service Plan to enable full functionality.
Linking your Caavo Account
During setup, you will be prompted to link your Control Center to your Caavo Account.
When you connect to link.caavo.com on your PC or mobile device, you'll be asked to enter the PIN assigned to you by your Control Center:
Next, you'll be asked to sign in or create an account. Then you will select a service plan.
Once completed, your TV will display a message showing that you have successfully completed the Caavo Account setup and modification and you can continue using your Control Center.
