A Caavo account is required when setting up your Control Center. Visit setup.caavo.com and choose Create Account.
You can create your account before your control center arrives, however you may want to wait as you will need to select a Service Plan during installation. As part of the setup process when you get your control center, you will be asked to login/create your account and enter a pin code to link it to your device. Once linked to your control center, you will be presented with options to select a Service Plan if one was not included with your purchase. After setting up your account, you can complete your setup of Control Center.
Note: The email address you use for your Caavo account should be one you will always have access to, please consider using a personal email address rather than a work email address.
