You cannot install apps on Control Center. Control Center is a device that unifies your TV watching experience by utilizing and controlling your existing entertainment devices (Cable/satellite, streaming devices, gaming consoles, etc). You will need your apps and services installed on whichever device you plan to watch them on. Control Center will do all the hard work of navigating to your favorite content for you.
