If you experience a display issue where your video is jumbled or you are seeing white noise, it could possibly mean that your HDMI signal has been lost or interrupted. There are a few things you can do to reset the signal and clear up the problem.
- Long press the 'Devices' button on your Control Center remote. This will perform an HDMI signal reset to Control Center's HDMI output port.
- If you are using the Caavo Spotlight HDMI cable, press the LED button on the connector that is connected to the input port that you are on. This will reset that HDMI port.
- If you have a Spotlight HDMI cable connected to the Control Center's HDMI output port, press the LED button on that connector as well. This will reset the HDMI output port.
- If the above steps did not work, you may need to power cycle your Control Center. Locate the power plug that is connected to your Control Center and unplug it. After waiting for about 20 seconds re-plug the power cable in. Control Center should start back up and the video signal should be clear.
