Caavo Remote App

The Caavo Remote App will be discontinued on Feb 1 2023.

The Caavo Remote app can be found in the Apple App Store and will be coming to Android at a later date. With the Caavo Remote app you can control all of your content & apps all in one place. You can get updates for new shows that you watch and see what you own, what is free, and what you can rent. If you already have a Caavo Account, just tap LOG IN at the bottom to sign into your account. If not, you can sign up with your email or using your Facebook or Google accounts.

Email Sign Up

When you sign up with your email, the app will ask you to create a username, enter your email and choose a password. You will also be asked to choose your cable/satellite provider. After completing the form you will receive an email to confirm your email address.

Selecting Services

Once you have verified your account and are logged in, you will be asked to select the services that you use. The Caavo Remote app will show these apps in the main menu and enable to launch video in them.

Family Contact Settings

Once you have a Control Center installed at home you have access to the Family Contact features which include setting notifications for Content Thresholds, Time Watched, and when there is no activity on the Control Center. Tabs

For You The For You tab displays trending shows and movies as well as recently added content to your favorite streaming services. At the top you will also see curated and recommended watchlists. Tapping on a show or movie will bring up information on it and give you the option to watch or add it to one of you lists.
Browse The Browse tab is the place to go when you cannot figure out what you want to watch. Here you can find the following tabs: Crowd Surfing - A place to find user created watch lists created by the Control Center community Genres - Wanna browse by genre? Here’s the place to go. Moods - This tab will let you see lists of movies and shows based you your mood. Movie Themes - Want to watch a movie about fathers and daughters? Or maybe Vampires? The movie themes tab has movies grouped by their theme.
My Lists Here you can find all the watch lists you’ve created as well as the option to create a new list.
Remote Here you can send commands and navigate the devices connected to your Control Center directly from your phone.
