No Video on a 4K Ultra-HD Blu-ray Player

 You may experience issues with various Sony 4K UHD Blu-ray players where no video and/or audio signal is passing through to the TV.

If your Control Center is outputting to the AVR and then from the AVR to the TV, you will get an issue with the Sony 4K UHD Blu-ray being able to pass a signal to the TV. The current solution for this is to have your Control Center output directly to your TV, and from the TV output audio to the AVR via HDMI ARC. Please note that with this method, Dolby Atmos is only supported if your TV is able to pass thru the Dolby Atmos signal.

This issue appears to be related to HDCP with the Sony Blu-ray players and the Caavo Team is looking for an alternate way to work around the Sony issue.
