NOTE: You should not put your Control Center into Recovery Mode unless directed by Caavo support.
If you find that your Control Center is not functioning properly, and you have tried other troubleshooting steps and already reached out to Caavo Support, the next step might be to put your Control Center into Recovery Mode.
Recovery Mode will roll back the software on your Control Center to that last build you had installed.
To access Recovery Mode, you will need to press the button on top of the Control. The sequence is two short press followed by a long press and hold for about 45 seconds (release when the front LED blinks once).
Recovery mode can also be initiated by unplugging and re-plugging power 5 times. Each time power is connected, wait about 5 seconds before pulling and then plug back in
Note: Recovery Mode is used to revert to an older version of software, as something may not have installed correctly with the current version. After putting Control Center into Recovery Mode, you will need to go through setup again, which will download the latest firmware.
