Service Plan Options

All newly purchased control centers come with 45 days of free service plan. As part of setup, you will required to create a caavo account.  In the caavo account you will be asked to enter a credit card and select a service plan that will go into effect at the end of the 45 days (immediately for pre-owned control centers).

There are 3 service plan options:

  • Monthly - will bill credit card every month
  • Yearly - will bill credit card every year
  • Lifetime -  will bill credit card once

At any time you can choose to upgrade your service plan to yearly or lifetime.  The billing for the new plan will take place at the next billing cycle.

Any any time, you can choose to cancel your service plan which will disable associated features at the beginning of the next billing cycle.  There are no pro-rated service plans so cancelling a service plan will not credit you back for any unused portion of the term.
